Ceramic Engine
Treatment Xado is a cermet compound consisting of magnesium
silicate nano-clay (similar to those currently used to
spray-coat mechanical parts), that uses the science of
tribology to bond on a molecular level to moving metal
parts.
Xado is designed for
protection of engine parts against wear and restoring repair
of diesel engines without disassembling. The gel forms a new
cermet coating on friction surfaces (the engine parts grow
in volume, restore their original geometry). As a result a
renovated unit exceeds the performance level of a new one
and will serve you 2-4 times longer.
Advantages
- restores and
protects friction parts of the cylinder-piston group,
crank and gas distributing mechanisms against wear
- reduces fuel
consumption considerably (by up to 30% at idling);
- increases oil
pressure to the nominal one;
- regains and
increases compression in cylinders;
- increases
engine power, improves acceleration capability;
- decreases noise
and vibration level by 10 times;
- extends service
life of the units by 2-3 times;
- protects the
engine from negative consequences of cold start;
- improves engine
operation in 50-100 km;
- maintains
engine operation during 300 km in case of oil leakage.
Technical
characteristics General characteristics of the
cermet layer: Microhardness – 750 kg/mm2; high
corrosion resistance; roughness Ra up to 0,06
mkm.
Application: Treatment of
the engine with the oil system 3-10
liters.
Step 1 Squeeze out the contents of
one tube into the oil mouth of the engine warmed up to the
running temperature. (Be careful not to drop the tube in the
crankcase)
Start the engine and let it idle for 5-10
minutes.
Step 2 Do as described in Step 1
after 100-250 km run
Step 3 Do as described in Step 2
after 100-250 km run
Dosage: 3 - 10 L Oil
systems: 3 tubes (9ml), pcs (total 27 ml)| treatment
scheme: 1+1+1 New engines: 2 tubes
11-20 L Oil systems: 6 tubes (9ml),
pcs (total 54 ml)| treatment scheme: 2+2+2 New engines:
4 tubes
21 - 30 L Oil systems: 9 tubes
(9ml), pcs (total 81 ml)| treatment scheme: 3+3+3 New
engines: 6 tubes
Note! Do not change oil until
the end of the treatment!
Revitalization is
considered to be completed after 1500 km
run.
Treatment can be done at idling (4 hours are
equivalent to 200 km run); New engines should be treated in
one step – 2 tubes at one time.
The protective cermet
coating forms on any operative mechanism; in case the
mechanism (engine) is in critical state (wear 100%) worn
parts must be
replaced. |

XADO is the only technology in the world that
increases the weight and fully restores the geometry of worn
out parts and mechanisms!
XADO is a new product in the US that can save
you in fuel consumption (up to 30% when the vehicle
idles), can make your engine run smoother and quieter, can
decrease emissions and increase the life of your engine.
XADO uses your engine’s heat and the microscopic metal
particles floating around in your oil to create a ceramic
and metal surface that is harder and smoother than the
original metal parts. By restoring worn parts to “better
than new” condition and preventing future damage, XADO
allows your engine to generate less friction and run more
efficiently.
What is XADO?
XADO is NOT an oil additive!! XADO does NOT
change the characteristics or viscosity of the oil in any
way. However, we do use the oil to INITIALLY deliver XADO to
the moving parts of your engine. Once there, the heat and
friction created by the engine’s moving parts triggers a
process which bonds the XADO product with the microscopic
metal particles that are already present in the oil.
XADO particles and metal shaving from the oil
form a CERMET (ceramic / metal) layer that in turn bonds
with the metal surfaces of the engine. This new CERMET
surface is harder (XADO CERMET surface has a Rockwell rating
of 320 (metal = 90; diamond = 420)) and smoother than the
original metal and will last a minimum of 60,000 to 100,000
miles.
This CERMET surface produces far less heat and
friction and allows the engine to run more efficiently. XADO
creates a perfectly smooth surface by filling in the
micro-crevices in the metal parts caused by friction and
wear. In doing so, using XADO increases engine compression,
reduces fuel consumption, reduces noise and vibration,
decreases emissions and increases the durability and life of
engine.
Where did XADO come from?
XADO is “a brand new product that’s 30 years
old”. It was discovered accidentally north of Siberia in the
early 70’s when workers discovered that when they drilled in
a certain area, their drill bits were not wearing out. The
ground was analyzed and an ore was discovered that, when
introduced to high temperatures, created a ceramic-like
layer on metal tools. In the early 90’s, this ore was
synthesized and marketed in Europe for use in engines, tools
and machinery. Use of XADO quickly spread to over 120
countries. In 2003, a U.S. patent was issued for the XADO
product and process.
To use XADO:
Simply add one treatment of XADO to the
engine’s crankcase (once the engine has achieved running
temperature). Allow the engine to idle for at least 15
minutes to disperse XADO throughout the engine. That’s it!
Then after approximately 100 miles, repeat the treatment and
again after about 200 miles. After that the process is
complete and will last 60,000 to 100,000 miles. The engine
size will determine the amount of XADO needed for each
treatment.
Who can use XADO?
XADO is engineered to safely revitalize and
protect any gasoline or diesel engine regardless of size or
age. In fact, the older or more worn the engine is, the more
obvious and immediate the benefits
are. | White
